As we venture into the unknown of 2008, yet knowing that God's Perfect will be done (Jeremiah 29:11), let us not forget what truly we are about; and that is Developing Disciples for the Kingdom of God.

In 2008, as we continue our Excellence journey, our work is never done because each month will bring before us new challenges. However through prayer and fasting nothing, I mean nothing will keep us from doing God's will in the life of this congregation. (Romans 8:31). We're doing several new things this year, some which have yet to be revealed, but will none the lease Glorify God! I am often reminded of what Paul spoke to the church folks at Colossea, "WHATEVER YOU DO, DO IT ALL FOR THE GLORY OF GOD" (Colossians 3:23vs). In the closing of last year (2007) God spoke to us about this being our season! Well, it's here and now it's up to us to believe in it, pray in it, worship in it and wait in it - for its appointed time is here!

As we move into our last year of "DEVELOPING DISCIPLES TOWARDS EXCELLENCE," we will begin evaluating where we are and where we want to be in the next five years. Yes, we are going to continue our emphasis on teaching and preaching truths that will help this household of faith grow stronger. Yes, we are going to continue our Capital Campaign to raise the $3 million and build a larger facility for the Glory of God! Yes, we are going to ask of you once again allow God to stretch you because as I have said for several years now, GOD LOVES TO STRETCH HIS PEOPLE!

We are AN EXCITING CHURCH EXCITED ABOUT ITS MISSION!!!
